Years ago, I boldly decided to leave a lucrative banking career and follow my passion for travel. "Why leave a stable job to sell tickets?" they asked. For me, it was the first step towards building a legacy in the aviation industry. What started in 2006 as Finchglow Travels Limited, a small travel agency, has grown into Finchglow Holdings, a conglomerate with six brands.
Today, we offer end-to-end travel management, aviation personnel development, B2B consolidation, and cargo logistics—connecting businesses and individuals globally. Exceptional customer service and innovation are factors driving Finchglow Holdings. We've evolved from selling tickets to leading Nigeria's aviation industry.
Beyond business, my journey has focused on industry transformation. As President of NANTA (2016-2020), I rebranded the association and improved industry standards. I also served as Chairman of the Airline Passengers Joint Committee (APJC) between 2018 and 2021, and as the longest-serving Chairman, I was able to foster a better trade environment by bridging the gap between traders and Airlines.
I am currently the Chairman of the Association of Aviation Training Organizations Nigeria (AATON). Looking back, I’m proud of our progress and excited for the future.
